This Week I visited a showroom, Which is the first one in San Diego, Called Dysfunktion Showroom!!! If you are a Model, Blogger, Stylist, in Media, or a Designer trying to get your line seen, then this is the place for you!

Dysfunktion Showroom is a San Diego hub for Fashion and wants to help out the Local designers in the Fashion Market. Fashion is here in San Diego and the showroom wants to help get the Fashion scene noticed. Stylist have access to pull looks for shoots also.

They have specific rates for all of your needs and also a Monthly Membership, where you can have unlimited amount of pulls per Month. They also work case by case basis, if you need something specific for a project as well.

I had the opportunity to do a mini shoot with Dysfunktion Showroom and was able to Pull a look for myself.
I wore 2 looks from Isabel Vianey, who has well tailored looks from Skirts, Tops, Dresses and Suits. I absolutely love her line.

Heres a look at what I wore...

I was styled By Dean Hall and Skyler McCurine, who are the owners of Dysfunktion Showroom and are also Fabulous Stylists!!!!!

Here's the look I picked to put together...

I Picked a Tan Top and Tulle Skirt!!! Normally I don't wear Black and Tan together, but I fell in love with this look and had to wear it. I paired it with a Black purse (from my Sister) and Black Booties (From Charlotte Russe)

Designer: Isabel Vianey

These Looks can be pulled from Dysfunktion Showroom, and there are many more other looks to choose from. They are New and growing Fast!!! If want to collaborate and work with them, they are here for you!

2XU Fitness Apparel Presentation!!!!!

On Monday and Tuesday of this week I had the opportunity to model for a Fitness Clothing company 2XU (Thank you Venessa!!! :D), they were having a global marketing conference. We (the models) did a fashion show and were part of the presentations showing off their new lines that are coming out next year. 2XU is fitness clothing company in Australia, but they promote and sale the brand Globally. The Conference had buyers and sales people from all over the world who sale the brand in their stores. It was very interesting and different from any other fashion show that I have done before, and I had a lot of fun. I felt so spoiled.... the event was held at the Sheraton Resort in Carlsbad and they had the most Amazing FOOD!!! (I love food!! Models don't get fed all of the time at events and shoots) We were served breakfast, Lunch and even had Dessert before it was time to go for the day. Everything was so good!!!! (you have No idea) I am glad I was able to be part of this event, and I made some new connections and friends (hope we work together again).

Here are some photos of behind the scenes fun....

We wore all different looks... the company specialize in making clothing for people who do Marathons, Triathlons, and Cyclists (A lot of long distance athletic wear). They also have regular work out gear as well for going to the gym and regular training.

The Leggings were super comfortable, and I loved the sports bras as well. The materials that they use for all of their clothing feel great against the skin and will help you have a great work out!!

Lol at bottom Right Photo... Cyclist who ride long distances have padding in their shorts, I did not know that. it makes sense, because I'm sure your butt would seriously hurt after riding for 20 plus Miles

Group Selfie!!!!!

Lunch day 1!!! There were different kinds of Salads, fruit, spring rolls, Curry Chicken, Fish... It was cool that there were Healthy options

Breakfast day 1!!!

Until Next post!!! See ya :)

Spring in to Summer Heat Fashion show!!!!!

Over the Weekend on Saturday I was in a fashion show produced by Ella PR at Side Bar in Downtown San Diego, which raised money for Children's Cancer. Ella PR is a company that is all about helping to give back and raise money for meaningful causes!! The Fashion show showed Swim Wear and fun playful Spring and Summer looks. The designers included Ooh Fashionista, Maeeda, Charmosa and Guria Beachwear. There were also accessories featured by Erika Glaubitz Jewelry (She has some awesome creative Hand crafted pieces).

Here are some behind the scenes and fun during the show...

Hair and Make up...

Backstage with Erika Glaubitz (Jewelry Designer), she is an awesome Metal artist and makes all of her Jewelry by hand. I loved wearing her pieces in the show and Erika is such a sweet person! :)

Mesa College Fashion Show!!!!

On Thursday Night I was in the Mesa College Fashion show at the Sheraton Hotel near the Bay in Downtown San Diego, and let's just say that it was a rather interesting day (I will explain). Mesa College has a Fashion show and awards every year for their students in the Fashion program. There were some amazing designs and the students are all very talented. There were multiple sections shown in the show including... Day wear, evening wear and Swim wear ( Just to name a few). Then there was an Unfabric section, which designers made their designs out of things like plastic, wrapping paper, duck tape, and other things that are not normal fabric material. I wore 5 different looks, and had 2 quick changes (I felt like a pop tart popping out of a toaster going on and off the Runway so quickly... lol)

Back stage is always pretty busy, but this show was extra busy backstage!!! There was a Lack of organization and communication BIG time. Also, because of the North County Fires, there were models missing and a lot of people that ran pretty late to the show (I hope everyone is doing ok in North County!!! It has been a pretty intense week... My thoughts and prayers go out to them!). Last minuet changes are normal, but I think that there were looks that were never fitted on anyone way before the show day (I definitely threw on a sweater and leggings and ran to get back on the runway). Did the Makeup and Hair people do a boycott and walk out??? Quite a few of them seriously disappeared, with a full line of Models still waiting to get both hair and make up done. I ended up doing a model's hair, because it was getting close to show time, and I think there were models that never even got their hair done at all (Crazy). There weren't enough people to finish....I guess (Side eye) (that very rarely happens).

Minus all of the mix ups and what not... it was a fun show!!! Crazy things happen all of the time, and no one even knows (Well you know now...).

Here are some fun moments from backstage....

The Runway....
I have many hidden talents... when I have to make something work, I will!!! (hehe) Did my friend and fellow model Rebecka's hair. We didn't have any Hair Spray or a Comb, just bobby pins and hair ties.

The finished look :) It came out pretty good!!!

Some looks from the show....

Me with Rebecka (Left) and Jasmine (right)
The dress that I am wearing was made with Duck Tape and plastic bags, there was even a cute little purse!!

Loved this Collection!!!

Sillyness at the end of the night with Nikki and Rebecka!! Time to go home!!

Like I said... it was an interesting day (lots of surprises), but overall I think the show still went very well!!
Until next runway.... TTFN :)

This weekend I had the opportunity the walk for Andre Soriano at a fashion show for Charity during Mother's Day Weekend. The show was for a Luncheon at the Marriott in Mission Valley, and all of Andre's recent collections, as well as newer pieces were in the fashion show. His gowns are STUNNING!!!! There are a lot of Showstoppers!!, and you could definitely tell which ones were the audience favorites. Andre Soriano and his team are a lot of fun to work with and I love every time I have the chance to get the work with them!! :) (Love you guys!! Thank you for having me!!!)

Backstage fun....

My 2 looks!!!
