Duty Free City Grand Opening!!!

Last Night I went to the Duty Free City Grand Opening in San Ysidro!!! Duty Free City is a new Luxury Shopping destination right near the Mexico/California border that is a one stop shop for all of your Beauty needs. There is also a Cafe, Sweets and Treats area, Kids area, and Wine and Spirits section as well. The grand opening was filled with Live Music, food, free services and Drinks. It was a great time and people came from all over the city to witness the unveiling!!

Beauty Workshop at Bellus Academy!!!

A couple of weekends ago there was a Beauty Workshop at Bellus Academy with the San Diego Style Bloggers hosted by Be Social PR!!!! It included a hair make up and nail segment and everyone had the opportunity to ask questions and it was interesting to get tips and tricks from professionals in the industry.

I came in a little late, so I wasn't able to be there in the beginning of Erik's Presentation...

Erik @Erikthanecolorist Showed us a couple of simple styles that everyone has the ability to do and make it their own!!!

Marina @MarinaaestrellaMUA Showed us some of her favorite Makeup tips and tricks and she let us know that "There are No Rules in Makeup!!!! Do what makes you feel Beautiful!!!"

Marina Also Shared with us that with Eye Shadow colors going Light to Dark is a better than going the other way around, because if you make a mistake, then it is easier to cover up.

Her Model Autumn @Autumnskybeauty is a Beauty Blogger herself and Talented Stylist!!

Ally @Allycaraveo Showed us some amazing Nail art!!! It's so crazy how she is able to get so much intricate detail on such a small canvas!!! Ally is Amazing!!

She doesn't just use the traditional nail polish, she used Acrylic Paint to get some of the looks that she did.

After the Workshop was over we had the opportunity to get some services done. I had the opportunity to get a Facial (I know it says polish change, but the nail artists were busy, so I was able to pick something else...). I got the Pomegranate Facial, and my skin felt so soft and smooth after!!! It was very refreshing!!!

But Besides all of that if you haven't been to Bellus Academy for any of their services, it is something that you should check out!!!! Their students are well trained and do a really good job!!

Brunch with The San Diego Style Bloggers!!!!

Part of what I love about being a Blogger, is being able to connect with others that have similar interests!!! On Sunday the San Diego Style Bloggers had a Meet up at the W Hotel in Down town San Diego on the Roof top. The event was put together with Fashion Week San Diego, where we were able to get a peek at a couple of designers who are going to be part of the shows in October!! It was fun getting to see everyone that I haven't seen in a while and connect with new bloggers in the area as well.

Another fun part was the FOOD!!! There was a great variety of tasty treats and cocktails that were all amazing and I couldn't help but try everything and get seconds!!!

Of course we took lots of pictures!!!! it wouldn't be a Blogger Meetup with out Photos!!!

A-list event at Aldo Fashion Valley

Last night (Thursday) I went to an event at Aldo in Fashion Valley Mall. It was hosted by Vanessa Balli, who has a Blog called OOTD. Vanessa is super sweet and I am glad I finally was able to meet her. I have seen her at all different events that I have walked in, but sometimes it's hard to speak to people after a runway show.

Aldo was having a special sale and everyone was able to shop till they dropped (or ran out of money lol).

I didn't do any shopping... I don't think I can fit another shoe in my closet at the moment (need to do some Summer cleaning).

I'm glad I was able to go and hang out!!!

Neon Nights at Harrah's Resort!!!!

Just wanted to do a quick post!!!! I posted a previous post about some shows that I have coming up, and there is a show that I am in Tomorrow Called Neon Nights, which is a kick off fashion show with Fashion Week San Diego. The show will be showcasing some of the swim wear/ Bikini designers that will be showing in Fashion week this year. I am walking for Noia. I love working with her and I am really excited about walking in this show.

The show is going to be at Harrah's Resort, and there is going to be a night time Pool party after.

San Diego Style Blogger Meetup!!!!

March 29th I was finally able to make it to a Meetup with the fashion Bloggers in San Diego (@SanDiegoStylebloggers) !!! It was held at C Wonder in Fashion Valley Mall ( it was my first time in the store... it's really nice, you should go and check it out!!). I was really excited, because I am still a new blogger and being able to connect to other bloggers in the same city is always a lot of fun and very inspirational. It was fun to see the bloggers that I have met before, meet new faces, and I got to meet bloggers that I have been following for a while also (super fun!!).

C Wonder has everything all in one place (Clothing, jewelry, accessories and home decor) at an affordable price! I am an accessory Junkie, and they had so many great pieces!! I purchased some great stuff.

Of Course with bloggers there was a lot of Pictures and shopping!!!!
