My weekly routine (for the most part, depending on my work schedule) consists of at least 2 days of doing something outside (Running, hiking or a brisk walk) and then 2 or 3 other days where I will take a class and or I do my own work out at home (in the living room, garage or my room).
Here's an example of my at home work out:
*2 - 3 sets of Squats (12 - 15 each set) (with and with out weights)
*2 - 3 sets of Lunges (12 - 15 each set) (with and with out weights)
*(2) 30 second planks
*Abs (Crunches, Bicycles, roll ups, V ups, flutter kicks...) (20 - 30 per set) (it always varies)
*a little bit of weight lifting (just started this recently)
then I make up things as I go...
It's only about a 30 minuet (maybe less) work out and I like to keep things quick and simple :)
I also try to target different parts of my body on different days and try not to over do it. Resting/ Recovery is very important!!!!

I always have water handy :)... It's important to stay Hydrated!!!
Health and fitness is a very important part of my life. It makes me feel good and keeps my energy up!!!
