City Scape!!!

This year for me as I have said before, is all about rebuilding my portfolio and submitting my self for agent representation.... At the end of January I did a Shoot with Elizabeth Zaranka!!! We had been planning to do a shoot for a while, and it finally happened!!! We shot around the Downtown San Diego area and she wanted to highlight some of the architecture around the city (City Scape). I'm glad I was able to do a shoot with her! Elizabeth is a great Photographer and I love my new photos!!!!

Tan Tops/Tulle Skirts X Dysfunktion Showroom Collaboration!!!

Since I started blogging... as a model I have created a whole new world for myself, and have been able to do different collaborations that have been very exciting for me!!! This Week I visited a showroom, Which is the first one in San Diego, Called Dysfunktion Showroom!!! If you are a Model, Blogger, Stylist, in Media, or a Designer trying to get your line seen, then this is the place for you!

Dysfunktion Showroom is a San Diego hub for Fashion and wants to help out the Local designers in the Fashion Market. Fashion is here in San Diego and the showroom wants to help get the Fashion scene noticed. For Models, Bloggers and People in Media the showroom is a place that you can pull looks from for your shoots, Blog posts and are able to pull looks for events that you are attending. Stylist have access to pull looks for shoots also.

They have specific rates for all of your needs and also a Monthly Membership, where you can have unlimited amount of pulls per Month. They also work case by case basis, if you need something specific for a project as well.

I had the opportunity to do a mini shoot with Dysfunktion Showroom and was able to Pull a look for myself.
I wore 2 looks from Isabel Vianey, who has well tailored looks from Skirts, Tops, Dresses and Suits. I absolutely love her line.

I Picked a Tan Top and Tulle Skirt!!! Normally I don't wear Black and Tan together, but I fell in love with this look and had to wear it. I paired it with a Black purse (from my Sister) and Black Booties (From Charlotte Russe)

Lady Lane Fashion Show!!!!

I have been a little behind lately posting what's going on and what shows I am in Lately... Sorry! Truth be told sometimes I don't even have all of the info or a flyer in enough time to post about it for some shows. :/ 

Anyway... Tomorrow (Dec. 14th) I'm in a Fashion Show Hosted by Lady Lane!!!! It is also a Toy Drive, and you can bring an unwrapped toy with you to donate for charity!!

The show is in Downtown San Diego at Joltn Joes (Upstairs) 6-11pm.

Holiday Fashion!!!

Right before Thanksgiving I was in a fashion segment on Univision all about Holiday Fashion (mainly Thanksgiving) and ways to dress up a T shirt. I know Thanksgiving has already come and gone and it is now December.... But this is still worth sharing!!!

Me and Sena (the other model who is in the segment) wore t shirts by Noia!!! She has a new collection of t shirts with cute fashion quotes and sayings that are on sale Now!!! You should check it out!!! 

Segments are always so early, and I wasn't feeling very good when I got up that morning... Call time was 5 am!!! It films super early and reruns throughout the day. 

It's always fun to be silly and have fun behind the scenes, especially since it is so early... Gotta stay awake!!!

10 Best Dressed Awards Fashion Show 2014!!!

Last Week on Thursday I was a model in the 10 Best Dressed Awards Fashion show!!! It was at the Hilton in La Jolla and was a Fashion Forward production show put together by Leonard Simpson and his Awesome team!!! I was in the show in 2013, so it was fun to be asked to come back and be in the show again this year. I like being part of Leonard Simpson's shows, because they are Theatrical and so different from any other runway show that I am typically use to doing.

I wore 2 different looks in the show... 1 was by Debbie from Fusion Glass Co. and the other was by Karla V.. Both looks were so Amazing and I enjoyed working the runway in both outfits!!

During the Finale We danced down the runway Carnival Style!!! What a great way to end the show!!!

It was a fun and interesting night!!!! I was able to meet new people and make New Connections, and that's always a good thing when leaving a show or event!!! :)

Exciting Collaborations!!!!

Just wanted to do a quick post about some Exciting Collaborations that I have coming up!!!! I am excited, because it is a little bit of a step from the Model world, and something that I am doing just as ME.

-I will be doing my first Makeup Review on a Make up line (Real Natural Beauty) that I am over the Moon about, because 1. It is made of all natural products (if you have read my skin care posts... you know I love all things Natural!!) and 2. The Line Caters to Women of Color and has multiple Brown shades and Not just that 1 shade that is "suppose" to work for everyone (I often have to buy more than 1 foundation color).

-I am also doing a Day of Beauty at Bellus Academy, and will be doing a review on the multiple services that they provide. Who doesn't love an Amazing Spa Day!!!! Can't wait for the fun filled day of Pampering, and to share with you all about it!!! :)

-Last but not least I will be in a Fashion Episode on a New talk show that is Filming here in San Diego, called Real Women Talk show, talking about Fashion, style and how to make women feel beautiful!!!

Duty Free City Grand Opening!!!

Last Night I went to the Duty Free City Grand Opening in San Ysidro!!! Duty Free City is a new Luxury Shopping destination right near the Mexico/California border that is a one stop shop for all of your Beauty needs. There is also a Cafe, Sweets and Treats area, Kids area, and Wine and Spirits section as well. The grand opening was filled with Live Music, food, free services and Drinks. It was a great time and people came from all over the city to witness the unveiling!!

Topshop/Topman Opening In San Diego!!!

Yesterday I went to the Topshop/Topman Opening in San Diego!!! I have seen the brand online, but it's totally different seeing everything in person and being in the actual store! I really like the store and will be going back to shop!!!

The store was so packed!!! I only had time to run in and run out... I had to go to work (that's kind of important), but I had to go take a look!!! :)
