When I make a smoothie, I try to pack in as much as I can, so that I can get my Fruit and Veggie in take for the day. It helps me when I have a busy day... I might have to stop and eat something not very healthy, and know that I am not going to be able to get eat how I want to. (This only happens sometimes... Usually I pack my life and bring food with me when I am on the go.)
One of my favorite Smoothies to have for Breakfast has the Following ingredients...
*Oatmeal
*Banana
*Peanut Butter
*Flax Seed
*Cinnamon
*Almond Milk
*Ice, so it's extra Cold
***Blend it all together***
I'm sure it sounds crazy, but it's really good and pretty filling!!
