My Favorite Breakfast Smoothie!!!!

Switching gears a little bit.... For everyone who doesn't know, I am in to eating healthy and I love making my own Smoothies!!!! I know that breakfast is an important meal of the day, but I don't always have time to sit down and eat in the morning, so I eat breakfast on the go. It usually includes Yogurt, Oatmeal, Fruit, or some type of Smoothie (different combos, not everything together).


When I make a smoothie, I try to pack in as much as I can, so that I can get my Fruit and Veggie in take for the day. It helps me when I have a busy day... I might have to stop and eat something not very healthy, and know that I am not going to be able to get eat how I want to. (This only happens sometimes... Usually I pack my life and bring food with me when I am on the go.)

One of my favorite Smoothies to have for Breakfast has the Following ingredients...

*Oatmeal
*Banana
*Peanut Butter
*Flax Seed
*Cinnamon
*Almond Milk
*Ice, so it's extra Cold
***Blend it all together***

I'm sure it sounds crazy, but it's really good and pretty filling!!
