Lately I feel like I have become a Smoothie "expert", and I have been trying different ways to make a Healthy Green Smoothie taste good and be enjoyable for others. Usually when most people see something green in a cup, it looks scary and you're probably thinking that it won't taste good.
But, I have been trying different ingredients and thought I should share what I have come up with.
I have been trying the combination of both Vegetables and Fruit together!
Today's Smoothie:
Spinach
Kale
Lime juice (squeezed from limes)
Kiwi
Banana
a couple slices of Peaches
A splash of Apple Juice
Ice
Try it!! You'd be really surprised about how good it tastes :)
Also try switching out the Peaches and apple juice for
Blueberries or Strawberries
